If you are not satisfied with your purchase we must be notified within 24 hours of the customer receiving the package.

Rest assured if you are not happy with your purchase we will make every effort to solve the problem to your satisfaction.

We guarantee all of are reptiles to arrive alive, healthy, feeding, and to be of top quality.
We guarantee all of are reptiles to be properly sexed unless other wise stated.

Shipping:
Standard Shipping:
We use UPS shipping over night, shipping cost is $45.
All reptiles are shipped in a well insulated box.
We use 40 hour heat packs in cold weather and cold packs in hot weather.

UK and Germany Shipping:
We are pleased to offer a new shipping method for our UK and Germany customers. We can now ship once a month to the London Heathrow Airport or to Germany's Frankfurt Airport for a cost of $50 per reptile, with only a $500 minimum purchase! Please contact us for more details on this shipping option!

Other International Shipping:
Other international orders require a minimum purchase of $2,500. Shipping on international orders is usually from $250- $500 and broker fees may also apply. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to know the domestic importation requirements/laws of their country. Please do not purchase reptiles that are prohibited by the laws of your country and or illegal to own where you reside.

Payments:
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, money orders, cashier, and personal checks. All checks must clear prior to shipping. We will accept a 25% deposit of the cost of the reptile to put the animal on hold. We will hold a reptile for two weeks if the reptile isn't paid for in full after the two weeks the deposit is forfeited unless other wise agreed upon.
