12/30/10 Update: We started with a small collection of imported aberrant patterned fat tails in 2006 and we have been line breeding the aberrant trait for more distorted broken up pattern and lighter colors ever since. The newest pictures are young adult aberrant fat tails that are fourth generation. The aberrant trait is a line bred (polygenetic) trait, and it is a variable trait; over time with line breeding it has become more consistent in producing unusual patterns and color. We will be producing fifth generation Aberrants in 2011 and will be offering a limited number of them for sale.
Aberrant Morph Fat Tails
We are currently working with five different types of Aberrant Fat Tails! Three of the bloodlines are wild caught, and two of the bloodlines were actually hatched out of our own collection, and are consequently not related to any other Aberrant Fat Tails you will find. We are expecting some interesting combinations upcoming when these are bred into the White Outs, Stingers, and a few of the other projects we are working on.
